OUR BACKGROUND
Hey ya'll! My name is Caroline Simmons and I am the Baker of Sweet Caroline's Cupcakes! I am a self taught baker and decorator that opened my home bakery in 2021. I have always enjoyed being creative and took my hobby of baking and am now doing it part time.
I am originally born and raised in North Carolina and am a southern girl at heart. In my spare time you can find me with my family, camping, staying active and occasionally skeet shooting! I love Mexican food and sushi and have a major sweet tooth.
I am so grateful to share this passion of mine and look forward to working with you!

I LOVE these cupcakes! Not only are Caroline's cupcakes delicious, they are also beautiful. She is so detailed in her work and it's hard to find good desserts that are pretty AND taste good. She is able to do both! I've had quite a few different flavors and I love them all. Flavorful, perfect, sweetness and that frosting?! Light and fluffy. Mmmm! Sweet Caroline's is the best!
