When placing an order we require a non refundable 50% deposit for all orders. 

Other half of deposit is due at time of pick up. No exceptions.

If we have to cancel due to an emergency on our end then Sweet Caroline's Cupcakes will refund the whole deposit.

If the customer needs to cancel than the deposit may be used for a future order up to 6 months. There are no refunds for deposits. Change in design will not be permitted one week before order.

Once the cupcakes and or cake is dropped off and or picked up, Sweet Caroline's Cupcakes is no longer responsible for the order. We will give the proper cake/cupcake care guide to help insure the quality of the order.

Once everything has been paid all sales are final. There are no refunds unless the quality of the cupcakes have somehow been hindered on Sweet Caroline's end then all uneaten cupcakes (all cupcakes given to customer and majority of cake 95%)need to be returned to access condition and IF a refund will be issued within 24 hours.

Once deposit has been placed we will address a pick up/ drop off time. If picking up the order please be prompt on pick up time. If I do not hear from someone about the order one hour past pick up time then Sweet Caroline's Cupcakes will not be held accountable for the order. I will reach out three days before pick up/drop off to confirm dates and times. 

For drop off if no one answers within 15 minutes of the set drop off time then Sweet Caroline's Cupcakes is not responsible for the order. Please make sure someone is home especially in Arizona it is important to get the customers order inside ASAP. Sweet Caroline's Cupcakes will offer the same courtesy in communication with pick ups and drop offs. We understand things come up, we just  ask for our amazing customers  to communicate with us.

Disclaimer to our customers, at Sweet Caroline's Cupcakes we make our cakes and cupcakes in a kitchen that is not subject to inspection. We bake in a kitchen where other common food allergies may be present and there is always risk of cross contamination.  We pride ourselves in a clean kitchen and do everything we can to make it that way. We do have our Food handlers card and Cottage Food Registration.
